Jon J.

Sastre

PRESIDENT & CEO

Jon is the CEO and President of ConQuest Technology Services located in Coral Gables, Florida. He has served as a business leader with 20 years’ experience in the Information Technology field, primarily focusing on the delivery of Professional Technology Services and Technical Training. Jon launched his career in the early 90’s while supporting IT infrastructures for the banking and travel industries. Throughout his career in the corporate world Jon has successfully mastered various roles, working as a Network Engineer, Software Implementer, evolving into teaching as a Microsoft Certified Trainer and providing Consulting and Virtual CIO services. Jon’s broad and varied forms of education have furthered his ability to give back to his community. His technical certifications and experience combined with his Bachelor’s & Master’s Degrees in Management and Information Systems from Florida International University combined with his entrepreneurial spirit converge to provide a unique ability to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and business operational maturity understanding. Jon gives his time and serves the technology community in a number of industry leadership roles, as President US and Secretary of the Global Board of Directors, for the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners. Originally from South Florida, Jon spent a number of years residing in Houston, Texas and Chicago, Illinois and currently resides in Coral Gables with his wife and two daughters.

Ben Tosado

Ben is passionate about enabling business with technology. Throughout his career he has worked with hundreds of organizations including government agencies and Fortune 500s to solve business problems with technology. Throughout his 10 year tenure at Conquest as a Founder, Principal and Head of Sales and Technical teams, he has built a practice focused on Microsoft communications solutions. At Conquest, an independent company he has led his team to architect, design, deploy and support solutions for some of Microsoft’s most valued customers. Prior to founding ConQuest Technology Services he served as the Systems Engineer with Dade County Public Schools and LAN Associates. His engineering experience and expertise spans a wide range of vendors and technologies with particular specialization around Microsoft solutions. Ben is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, a Microsoft Certified Trainer, and a Microsoft Virtual Technical Solutions Professional. Ben studied management information systems at the University of Florida. He is an active member of the International Association for Microsoft Certified Partners (IAMCP), a recognized author and writes for several technology publications including Redmond Magazine. Ben resides in the Miami area with his wife and daughter.

Tom Sullivan

& OPERATIONS

 

Tom Sullivan joined the ConQuest team in 2012 and has responsibility for building and managing our sales force. He is a technologist focused on creating strategy, organizational development, and leading corporate integration with our customers. His 25 years in the technology sector brings a passionate and motivated leader successful in developing strategies and migration planning for SaaS, IaaS and PaaS across multiple verticals. His experience with telephony, application and data infrastructure brings a judicious business approach to define and deploy a secure, reliable and integrated solution to ensure you achieve your business goals. This can include both on premise and a variety of cloud models, including private and hybrid. He effectively communicates with both executives and technical teams to logically approach, define and bring resolution to complex technology requirements. Prior leadership roles include Regional Sales Manager at AudioCodes, National Account Manager-Service Providers at Avaya, and Account Manager-BellSouth for Nortel. Tom studied business at National University in San Diego. He is also a Navy veteran who served in the United States submarine force. Tom lives in Alpharetta, GA and has two sons.

Kristen Broseker

Kristen Broseker is joining the Conquest team in 2014 and has responsibility to managing our Professional Services engineers and technology specialists and is our Project Manager. Kristen has been in the IT industry for over 16 years, 13 of those years as an engineer focusing on large scale Active Directory and Exchange migrations as well as doing a great deal of project management such as the development of project plans, stakeholder communications and ensuring deliverables were met within project timelines. Prior to joining the Conquest team, Kristen worked for a similar organization to Conquest, as a Professional Services Project Manager and assisted with the development of their Project Management Office (PMO). Kristen currently holds the following certifications; Project Management Professional (PMP), CompTIA Project+, ITIL v3 Foundation and MCITP. Kristen resides in Southern Virginia with her husband and son her two dogs.

Debra Pfundstein

Debra Pfundstein joined the ConQuest Team in 2014 and has responsibility for building, driving and delivering our organizations marketing strategy and channel business. As the lead for our channel strategy, ConQuest Cloud Connections, our Hosted Lync offering between ConQuest Technology Services and the partner community, Deb will help interested partners diversify their offerings by partnering with us to resell ConQuest Technology Services Hosted Lync Solutions, without having to invest the capital to build it themselves. Our goal is to help our sellers and partners take full advantage of the solutions by collaborating with one of the leading Microsoft Gold Certified Partners in the UC community. Prior to joining ConQuest Technology Services, Debra was the US Senior Alliances Manager at SoftwareONE responsible for their US Partner Program and 15 year veteran of Microsoft supporting the partner community. From channel development and marketing to sales enablement and coaching, Debra worked with partners of all shapes and sizes throughout the East Region. She’s the recipient of Microsoft’s President’s Gold Club Award in 2008 & 2010 and believes in giving back to the community she loves. Debra is the President Emeritus for the NYC Chapter of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners, East Region Chairperson and sits on their US Board of Directors. Debra was the of IAMCPs International Microsoft Representative of the Year Award in 2009. Debra’s resides on Long Island in New York with her Fiancé and their dogs Loki, Gus-Gus and Tinkerbell.
