Pablo 

Banzato

LEAD MESSAGING ARCHITECT

Pablo has been with Conquest Technology Services since we were founded in 2003, technically focused on Microsoft’s Infrastructure and Messaging Platforms.  Today he leads our Messaging Practice as our Lead Messaging Architect.  Whether cloud based Exchange Online Solutions on the Office365 Platform, On-Prem Solutions based on the Microsoft Exchange Platform or a Hybrid Coexistence, Pablo’s years of experience put him amongst top subject matter experts in the business.

His primary responsibilities include solution planning for messaging infrastructure, architecture design and identity federation.  Since the beginning, Pablo has supported our clients, engaging with mid-sized businesses locally in South Florida through Global Fortune 500 organizations, leading our technical deployment and integration engineering team for Directory Services and Messaging solutions.   

Pablo was selected by Microsoft in March 2014 to participate in Microsoft’s Virtual Technology Specialist Program (vTSP) for Exchange Solutions and Messaging on Office365.  Every year Microsoft selects a group of experts from its top partners to supplement their internal sales and solutions specialist teams.  The goal of the Virtual Technology Specialist Program is to build a stronger relationship between Microsoft and its Partner Community, at the same time providing customer’s greater access to subject matter experts.  Those selected for the vTSP work closely with the Microsoft teams on pre-sales activities and provide architectural guidance for Enterprise Integration solutions.

In addition, Pablo holds the following certification titles; Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified IT Professional for Exchange (MCITP).

Carlos Villuendas

LEAD CLOUD SOLUTIONS

Carlos started his career with ConQuest Technology Services in 2012. Prior to joining ConQuest, he has had key roles including Project Engineer, Microsoft Specialist, Technical Support Manager, Project Manager, Network and System Administrator, and is currently Lead Cloud Solution Architect at ConQuest Technology Services. Carlos is fluent in both Spanish and English which enables him to support diverse organizations. 

With over 10 year experience working with Enterprise-Grade Microsoft Solutions, including Exchange and Skype for Business, most recently Microsoft Azure and Office365, Carlos has subject matter experience in delivering Microsoft’s Cloud, Messaging and Unified Communications Solutions, with emphasis in Hybrid Coexistence Solution Platforms.   He possesses expertise integrating state-of-the-art technology with existing telecommunications platforms, helping our clients realize more value from their existing solutions.

Those subject matter experts, hand selected to participate in the program, work closely with Microsoft sales teams to provide pre-sales activities and architectural guidance for Enterprise Integration solutions as an extension of Microsoft’s internal Solution Specialists & Technical Teams. Since the program’s inception, Microsoft has selected just over 200 experts from its top partners across the US to supplement their internal resources. Carlos is honored to be including in this program.

Carlos thrives in fast-paced environments leveraging his technical certifications including; Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) in Exchange, Office Communications Server, and Lync Server. His certifications are complimented by his education. He is a Summa cum laude graduate of the Class of 2003 from the University of Havana, in Havana, Cuba with a Bachelor of Science Telecommunication and Electronic Engineering.

 

Marc Wynter

Marc started his career with Conquest Technology Services in 2005 and has become the Technical Architecture Lead in Conquest’s Microsoft Unified Communications practice. Marc’s primary responsibilities include scoping, designing, and delivery of Microsoft Unified Communications based solutions.

Marc was selected by Microsoft in June 2013 from within the partner subject matter expert community, to participate in Microsoft’s Virtual Technology Specialist Program (vTSP) specializing in Exchange Messaging and Office 365 Solutions.   Members of the program are provided with Microsoft credentials granted access to internal Microsoft resources to ensure they can provide customers with the latest information on Microsoft Platforms, product vision and future product roadmap strategy. Marc has a Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems & Master’s Degrees in Management Information Systems. In addition to his education, Marc holds the following Certification titles; Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) in Exchange, Office Communications Server, and Skype for Business Server.

Eric Cabrera

Eric has over 10 years of experience as a systems engineer spanning a wide range of technologies and specializing in Microsoft solutions. He joined Conquest Technology Services in 2010 and is a member of ConQuest’s Microsoft Unified Communications practice.

Eric holds Microsoft MCP, MCTIP, MCTS, and MS technical certifications in Active Directory, Windows Server, and Skype for Business Server. At ConQuest, Eric has become the technical lead for our Hosted Lync offering. Eric’s responsibilities include scoping, design, implementation, and delivery of Microsoft Unified Communications solutions.
